Antique Elephant Fob Pendant in Silver

A wonderful antique pendant dating to the turn of the 20th century, full of charm and tactile appeal.

Created in sterling silver, the piece has been designed as a beautifully detailed elephant set upon a traditional fob style base. The modelling is rich and expressive, with careful attention given to the texture and form of the animal, while the raised trunk adds to the  sense of movement and symbolism.

Weighing over 7 grams, the pendant has a satisfying weight in the hand, enhancing its quality and wearability. The silver has developed a lovely soft tone with age, perfectly complementing the antique nature of the piece.
