A lovely and truly unique antique pendant, rich in sentiment and darling detail.
Originally an Edwardian brooch, this piece has been historically converted into a wearable pendant, allowing it to be enjoyed in a new way. Created in 9 carat rose gold, it has a beautiful soft warmth that perfectly complements its romantic design.
The pendant is formed as two overlapping hearts, a classic symbol of love and connection. Each heart is ornately decorated with forget-me-not flowers, picked out in yellow gold and silver. This creates a subtle contrast and highlighting the intricate detailing.
Forget-me-nots held deep meaning in antique jewellery, symbolising remembrance and enduring love making this piece especially evocative.
The conversion has been carefully done, with two loops added to the top of each heart, allowing the pendant to sit beautifully when threaded onto a chain. Either at an angle or flat against the chest.
A charming and sentimental piece, full of Edwardian romance and symbolism. Perfect for those drawn to antique love tokens and meaningful jewellery.
