This antique intaglio ring is a charming token from over 110 years ago. A more unusual profile, it would be a fabulous addition to any jewellery lover‘s collection.
The intaglio here has been cut into a perfect heart profile. On to this has been engraved the initials EEG. The deep natural colour of the green and red bloodstone perfectly complement the hand engraving. It has been well loved and is not displaying nibbles and cracks, however the stone is secure and due to the sark colour are subtle to the eye.
The signet ring itself also shares the wonderful heart shape. Created in 9 carat gold, it is a lovely pinky ring. Overall a sublime piece of historical jewellery which would have been worn by an individual of good standing during the Edwardian era onwards.
