Antique Petite Sapphire in 9 Carat Gold; Circa 1906

A petite Edwardian ring for darling proportions. This jewel dates to 1906 and has been created in warm 9 carat yellow gold.

The delicate little band has been set with a single tiny sapphire, beautifully set into a celestial inspired design. Small but full of charm, the deep blue of the sapphire offers a lovely contrast against the rich golden warmth of the band.

There is something especially sweet about the simplicity of this ring. Rather than being elaborate, the design relies on a single precious stone. As sweet today as it was over 120 years later.

WEIGHT: 0.9 grams approximately.  

CONDITION: This is in lovely antique condition with little to fine patina over the ring and stone. There are traces of a historical sizing at the back inside of the band
