Shibayama & Mother of Pearl Cufflinks in Sterling Silver

A enchanting pair of cufflinks full of character; they would be a lovely addition to any jewellery lovers collection.

Created from sterling silver and backed with mother of pearl they have luminous glow. The central panels have been adorned with a single insect. Using a Japanese technique called Shibayama, the surface has been adorned with inlay from stones, shells and resin along with engraving to give the look of life like insects.

We adore this ancient technique and the magic it can create!
