Antique Victorian 1898 Silver & Gold Pendant

An unusual antique pendant, originally created as a brooch and given a new lease of life as a piece of wearable history.

Created in textured silver, the design is beautifully simple, featuring just the date 1898. There is something rather lovely about wearing a date from another time; a tangible connection to the past.

The pendant has been fitted with a 9 carat gold loop, ready to be worn on a favourite chain. The contrast between the warm gold and softly aged silver adds to its character, while the understated design makes it easy to wear every day.
