Bloodstone Medusa Bloodstone Bar Brooch in 9 Carat Gold

Created in 9 carat gold, the piece takes the form of a classic bar brooch. At its centre sits a round bloodstone panel, rich in deep green tones with natural flecks that add depth and interest.

While the brooch itself dates to the early 20th century, the surface of the bloodstone appears to have been more recently carved, giving the piece a subtle blend of old and new. This later work adds individuality, breathing fresh life into a traditional design.
