You can truly feel the age and history in this remarkable ring. Dating to the Georgian era it is a unique and eye catching beauty.
Set at the centre of this ring is beautiful cluster of diamonds. Cut by hand into an irregular rose cut the stones are beautifully placed into settlings by encasing the entire edge of the gemstone. This is very typical of the Georgian era and really makes the most of the stone.
Surround this is cluster is a vivid blue and white enamel work. This addition is much more rare to find and really showcases those unique rose cuts. The setting is a simple in tone due to the use of 9 carat rose gold and graduating plain band. The warmth of the gold contrasting against the crisp top hue.
looking within we also have the addition of a glazed locket compartment. Unfortunately this has cracked with love and wear but can still be seen and appreciated. This is a wonderful sentimental ring which would have been worn for love.
Dating to over 200 years this is a darling and historical item of jewellery. Lustrous and decant this would have be been a ring worn by a lady of high status in the Georgian era.
