Late Georgian Ruby & Pearl Ring in 15 Carat Gold

A beautiful Late Georgian to early Victorian ring. Delicate in design yet full of antique charm and character.

Created in rich 15 carat gold, the top of the ring has been set with four oval cut rubies arranged around a single old cut diamond at the centre. The deep crimson tones of the rubies contrast beautifully against the lively sparkle of the hand cut diamond. A deeply romantic touch. 

The design is understated, allowing the beauty of the stones to remain the focal point, while subtle detailing within the mount adds softness to the overall feel of the ring.

There is a subtle elegance to the piece. Graceful rather than ostentatious, with the warmth of the gold  bringing out the rich colouring of the gemstones beautifully.
