A sentimental Georgian ring dating to around 1800. This historical and beautifully created jewel has been made in warm 15 carat gold and carries over 200 years of love.
The ring has been adorned with ornate shoulders, with intricate gold work gently building towards the centre locket compartment. Beneath the glass is a beautifully preserved piece of deep red silk, creating a rich and striking focal point.
The ornate shoulders and rounded central compartment are characteristic of the period, while the rich red silk adds a sense of warmth and mystery. We can only wonder at its original significance and who first wore this little jewel more than two centuries ago.
