Antique Open Locket Pearl Pendant in 9 cara Gold

A romantic antique locket pendant dating to the turn of the 20th century, created in warm 9 carat yellow gold. The design features two glass panels, front and back, creating an open compartment perfect for holding a treasured keepsake, photograph, or delicate memento.

Encircling the locket is a luminous halo of natural seed pearls, symbolising devotion, a motif much loved in Edwardian and late Victorian jewellery. The pearl set loop adds an elegant finishing touch, allowing the piece to hang beautifully from a fine gold chain.
