This is rare, beautiful and uniquely difficult to find antique ring. Its high quality, design and age make this a wonderful addition to anyones jewellery collection.
This band has been decorated with the romantic message ‘ I cling to thee and embellished with Ivy wrapping around the message. Ivy was often depicted in romantic antique jewellery as a symbol of strength and resilience as well as enduring love.
Due to their beauty and sentimental meaning ‘I cling to thee rings are very sort after and do not come up often. This is a lovely and historic example.
This ring has been created from 9ct gold in England. With a weight of just under 3 grams this is a lovely tactile ring. The warmth of the deep buttery gold gives the antique ring a timeless feel and would look great worn solo or stacked sup with your other jewels.
