A truly charming and extremely rare Victorian spinning top daisy pendant filled with sentimental love. This rare jewel is based on the French game “Effeuiller la Marguerite or He loves me, he loves me not in which one person seeks to find out whether the object of their affection returns that love!
This fully functional pendant allows the top to be screwed off and the spinning top balanced whilst spinning. Ultimately falling to reveal the answer to the questions as it lands on one of the following options, “He loves me; “A little “Much; “Passionately; “He loves me not; A picture of a daisy with one petal removed. All of this created in wonderful enamel work, especially the daisy who‘s single petal is being plucked.
The entire pendant is created in 9 carat gold with a wonderful weight. The top, which can be removed, makes it a wonderful charm or pendant. These sentimental Victorian pendants are extremely rare and very sorted after!
