This is an enchanting fob that would make an amazing pendant or necklace worn stacked up or solo.
This was originally created to wind a gentleman‘s pocket watch. Though this is a practical item, it has been created in the most darling form, meant to be worn and seen rather than hidden away. They‘re now sort after as pendants and necklaces.
The larger end has been set with an ornate yellow glass intaglio which complements the gold cased fob. Even more beautifully the intaglio has within a carved with the letters C and L. The font is a victorian gothic style so have a lovely ornate feel.
Dating to the early Victorian era it‘s a historical curio which would sit perfectly as a pendant if attached to a clasp or clip. There is a small loop which would have sat on a chain. A remarkable antique jewel and a wonderful addition to any jewellery lovers collection.
