Victorian Mizpah Ring Created In 18 Carat Gold; Circa 1882

The term ‘Mizpah is found in Genesis 31:49, it means ‘watchtower and is used as a prayer, meaning “May the Lord keep watch between you and me when we are away from each other. The Victorian/Edwardian era was filled with symbols and declarations of love and remembrance.

This darling Mizpah ring has been created from the richer 18 carat gold in Victorian England. The warmer hue of gold means this band has a buttery rich golden glow. The ‘mizpah has been perfectly picked out in relief making it very neat and bold design.
