Antique Victorian Initial 'D' Signet Ring

A charmingly proportioned mid Victorian signet ring, elegant in its simplicity and full of antique character.

Created in 9 carat gold, the ring features a classic cushion shaped signet panel, softly rounded and wonderfully timeless in design. Engraved across the front is an ornate and flowing letter 'D'. The engraving has a graceful, almost calligraphic quality, adding movement to the design.

With its petite proportions and ring size E makes it an ideal pinky ring, midi ring, or simply for those with smaller hands. Despite its scale, it carries all the charm and presence of a traditional Victorian signet.

The warm glow of the gold and the softened edges acquired through age give the ring a lovely lived in character that only genuine antique jewellery can possess.

Condition: This is overall lovely antique condition with only a fine patina overall with a crisp motif still visible. There is a significant oval profile which doesn't affect the comfort and wear and is most likely form a historical sizing down.
